Walter Cudnohufsky of Walter Cudnohufsky & Associates is a registered Landscape Architect with over forty-four years experience ranging from the plaza design for the Toronto City Hall to regional planning studies for the North Atlantic Regions to private residences in the Berkshires. He received his M.L.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and B.S.L.A. from Michigan State University. Walt founded the nationally recognized graduate program at the Conway School of Landscape Design in 1972. In 1992, after 20 years as CSLD director, he returned full-time to his ongoing private practice.

Bill Austin of Austin Design, Inc. has been living in the Connecticut River Valley since 1969, first as builder, then as an architect. From 1984 to 1993, he was a principal with Kitchell and Austin Inc. in Amherst. Since 1993, he has been the principal of Austin Design Inc. While interests in residential, community, and sustainable design form the core of his work; he has become more involved with issues of accessibility, aging, interior design, lighting design, and the fusion of modern design with traditional and regional vernacular design. Ongoing projects include several high-end first and second homes as well as affordable homes, eco-communities, and commercial projects. ADi has eight employees and has garnered several awards in recognition of the quality of its work.

The Berkshire Design Group, Inc. is an award-winning firm of landscape architects, civil engineers and land surveyors specializing in park and recreation design, site planning and commercial development. They creatively find the extra dimensions inherent in all design problems and navigate clients through the maze of regulations and permitting to get projects constructed on time. One of the partners is on the executive committee of the Boston Society of Landscape Architects, and they have been invited to be participants in national events with the American Society of Landscape Architects.
